University Village

This mixed-use development includes more than 550,000 square feet of student housing, retail, dining, and convenience space serving Florida Gulf Coast University. The housing offers two- and four-bedroom layouts, and Suffolk’s multi-phase scope included extensive site work along with all supporting and back-of-house facilities for the development.
