Technical Validation Reviews

Detailed project documentation reviews for constructability, value management opportunities, scope gap analysis, functionality, and overall completeness. We aim to provide the design team with builder’s insights, packaged in a prioritized, detailed report, that will guide the development of a constructable and biddable documentation package.

MEP Engineering Advisory

Alignment with early packages, coordination constraints, pre-planning, equipment selection/installation, and maintenance systems, eliminating redundancies and ensuring the building operates as designed.

Structural Engineering Advisory

Consultation with project teams to align design intent of structural systems and details with trade partner input, streamlining a structured preconstruction process to help reduce project schedule and cost.

Building Enclosures

Assessments of technical feasibility and energy efficiency attributes of various façade options to meet clients’ aesthetic and sustainability goals.

Design Technology

A strategic link between design, construction and emerging technologies. This group develops, implements, and supports advanced tools, workflows, and automation solutions — including BIM, VDC, AI, and computational design — to enhance design quality and improve efficiency. We manage the integration of technology tools, processes and data to build digital twins of our projects through our Digital Delivery process.

End-to-end solutions to align costs with clients’ sustainability and commissioning goals, contributing to constructability reviews, life cycle costing, material procurement, verification, model calibration, start-up, and turnover.
