Children’s Health Specialty Center at The Shops at RedBird transforms a former Macy’s into a modern retail and healthcare facility. The project includes core and shell work, tenant build-outs, structural and exterior improvements, and new parking and landscaping, all delivered through a design-assist approach while maintaining critical building access.
