Continuing the growth of Northwell Health’s flagship hospital

South Shore University Hospital Pavilion Phase 1

Rated as one of the nation’s 50 best hospitals for heart surgery, Northwell is continuing to invest in providing the highest quality of care to the Long Island Community. The scope for the first phase of this project included abatement and demolition, site utilities, and full core and shell. Core and shell construction included foundations, steel superstructure, façade, back of house spaces, vertical transportation, fire protection, main mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment, and distribution.

Building on an active campus

South Shore University Hospital Pavilion Phase 1
