Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Electric Central Utility Plant (eCUP)

The new eCUP facility at DFW will replace aging steam infrastructure with a highly efficient hot water system, reducing emissions, water use, and natural gas consumption in support of the airport’s Net Zero Carbon by 2030 target. Designed to support future terminal expansion of up to 28 gates, the plant will provide 10,000 tons of cooling through four chillers, four boilers, and four independent small boilers.
