Dania Casino and Jai Alai

Suffolk completed preconstruction and construction management for this multi-phase project, which totaled 241,000 square feet, while providing the existing facility with 1,100 new slot machines, a poker room, a simulcast wager room, four restaurants, a performance stage and an upgraded Jai Alai court.

All construction activity was performed while the existing operation was fully functional. To accommodate this challenge, the team carefully developed the phasing plan alongside the owner and facilities team to ensure no interruption to the activities of the operational casino and jai alai.
