The development includes a seven-story residential building with ground-floor commercial space, additional standalone retail buildings, underground and structured parking, and a central plaza connecting all elements. Designed to meet CalGreen standards, the project also targets LEED Certified for commercial components and LEED Gold for residential spaces, supporting long-term environmental performance and community resilience.
