An exceptional wine country experience

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley

The property features a variety of accommodations including 85 guest rooms and suites and 20 private villas, as well as a full service spa, pool, restaurants, gourmet general store, estate winery and tasting room, wine cave, private wine library and barrel room. The resort is comprised of one- and two-story structures designed to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding terrain, with a luxurious yet casually sophisticated design echoing the distinctive architectural vernacular of Napa Valley.

A serene outdoor swimming pool lined with lounge chairs and umbrellas sits under a pastel sunset, with mountains and trees in the background. The calm water reflects the sky and surrounding landscape.

Nestled amid six acres of vineyards

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley

Four Seasons has enlisted renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown to oversee the working winery onsite. Owners and guests have unparalleled access to the vineyard and opportunities to participate in the winemaking process from tastings to the creation of proprietary wine blends. Suffolk successfully replaced the previous contractor on this project during the construction stage. Due to the strength of our balance sheet and bonding capacity, as well as strong relationships with our developers, financing and subcontractor partners, Suffolk was able to rescue this distressed project in the early stages of construction.
