Juan F. Luis Replacement Hospital

The Juan F. Luis Replacement Hospital is an eight-story, 500,000-square-foot facility providing comprehensive clinical services, including emergency care, surgery, imaging, behavioral health, and women’s and children’s health. Delivered in phases to keep the existing hospital operational, the project also includes a new Central Energy Plant, expanded parking, stormwater improvements, and resilient infrastructure designed to withstand extreme events in the Virgin Islands climate.
