Moxy Hotel

The Moxy Hotel is a 172-key, seven-story hotel in Uptown Oakland. The project utilized modular construction – each hotel room module was manufactured in Pocatello, Idaho then trucked eleven hours to the project site. The design features a bar and lounge on the ground floor in step with the Moxy’s boutique lifestyle brand. Guests receive their room keys and a complimentary drink at the bar instead of a traditional check-in counter. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, the hotel has easy access to a mix of restaurants and entertainment as well as Oakland’s well-known “First Fridays.”
