NYULH West Palm Beach Ambulatory Care Facility

Suffolk was selected to provide construction management services for the new NYU Langone Health (NYULH) West Palm Beach Ambulatory Care building. This project consists of new construction of a 183,000 square foot medical office building/ambulatory surgical care center located in downtown West Palm Beach. The project includes demolition of a 69,000 square foot, four-story existing office building, and an interior fit-out to meet NYULH’s project requirements.
