An ultra-luxury, one-of-a-kind development in Beverly Hills

One Beverly Hills

The project includes three towers – an Aman hotel and two Aman-branded residential towers. The project site encompasses 17.5 acres, 8 of which are botanical gardens. Suffolk is managing the preconstruction and construction of the first Aman-branded residential tower starting from Level 3. This tower consists of a limited number of residential units and extends to the Penthouse level. The design is led by Kerry Hill Architects as the lead architect, with Adamson Associates serving as executive architect.

A wide boulevard lined with tall palm trees runs past modern, multi-level buildings featuring lush rooftop gardens and greenery. Cars drive along the street under a clear, blue sky.

Coordinating construction on a complex site

One Beverly Hills

Suffolk worked adjacent to three other contractors while completing the first tower. Upon completion by others of the Podium construction to a datum level (approximately level 3), construction of the first tower commenced. Suffolk closely coordinated all aspects of the project with the OSM and One Beverly Hills team to ensure the successful delivery of the first tower and mitigated any potential conflicts or negative impacts to the other contractors or entities throughout the duration of the project.
