A new standard for waterfront luxury

Port Royal Beach Club

Suffolk renovated the Port Royal Beach Club, a project that included the removal of the existing clubhouse. The new clubhouse is three stories with roughly 62,000 square feet of amenities, dining areas and kitchens. The new clubhouse boasts around 12,000 square feet of covered outdoor areas (such as a porte cochere, cabanas, dining spaces), along with 10,000 square feet of open-air event spaces and pools. In addition to a 100,000-square-foot parking garage and service area, a smaller detached structure (approximately 3,000 square feet) is designated for behind-the-scenes functions, kitchen facilities and a kids club area.

A luxurious resort with tropical palm trees, people relaxing by an infinity pool with a cascading waterfall, and a large white building featuring balconies and columns under a clear blue sky.
