Project B2 – Virginia

This facility was Suffolk’s first significant data center project in Virginia’s Loudoun County area. This project consisted of two stories and holds a total of 10 data halls, each phased separately and supported by independent and redundant MEP systems, for a combined 40MW build. The project scope also included an office area, miscellaneous support rooms and various site improvements. This project was one of several projects completed for this confidential client, a testament to Suffolk’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional results.
