Phased fit-out for high-capacity data center

Project D4 - Virginia

This project involved tenant improvements at a 48 MW data center. Suffolk completed the fit-out in a previously constructed core and shell building. The project was broken into 12 phases so Suffolk could deliver a phased turnover to the client for use of the data center as soon as possible.
