Project D4 - Virginia

This project involves tenant improvements at a 48 MW data center. Suffolk is completing the fit-out in a previously constructed core and shell building. The project is broken into 12 phases so that Suffolk can deliver a phased turnover to the client for use of the data center as soon as possible. Construction on this project began in April 2025.
