Sunseeker Resort

Suffolk was contracted for Phase I of this master-planned resort in Port Charlotte. Phase I of the project included 485 standard rooms, 273 suites, 30,000 square feet of restaurants, 80,000 square feet of meeting and convention facilities, and a rooftop destination entertainment pool.
