Suffolk was selected to build two boutique Hollywood hotels for Relevant Group. The Thompson Hotel rises eleven stories over Sunset Boulevard and features 190 guest rooms, a swimming pool, rooftop deck, and multiple food-and-beverage venues. The rooftop amenity area contains a kitchen and two full bars. The lobby on the ground floor also features a lounge and bar area.

The Tommie Hotel is eight-stories of ground up construction with 212 guest rooms. The hotel houses street-level retail and commercial space, three commercial kitchens, ground floor bar and restaurant as well as underground parking. It also features amenity decks on the building’s podium including a bar and pool on the roof levels.
