A new multi-family affordable housing development

Union Tower

Union Tower features two wood-frame structures of four and seven stories, both built atop a concrete podium. The project will deliver a total of 94 affordable units, serving households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for San Diego County.

Over half of the units will include adaptable features, with 15 designed for mobility accessibility and 10 for communication accessibility. Additionally, 24 units will be designated for Veterans who have experienced homelessness, ensuring dedicated support for this vulnerable population.
