USVI St. Thomas Healthcare Bundle

Part of the territory-wide Rebuild USVI initiative led by the Office of Disaster Recovery, this transformative healthcare bundle restores and modernizes critical facilities damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Approved by the Public Finance Authority, the St. Thomas Healthcare Bundle includes rebuilding the Knud Hansen Tower and Building, demolition of the outdated mental health facility, renovations to the John S. Moorehead Municipal Complex, and construction of the new Queen Louise Home for the Aged, enhancing access, resilience and quality of care for the community.
