6th Street Place

Affordable Housing

Located on the corner of 6th and San Julian Streets in the Skid Row neighborhood, 6th Street Place brings much-needed permanent supportive housing to the area to help support the widespread homeless population in downtown Los Angeles.

From the streets to permanent housing

Affordable Housing

Our project team prioritized connecting with the Skid Row community and employed modular construction to speed up the construction process. They also recreated a historic mural to preserve the neighborhood's history.
