This 72-acre development, located near Via Coconut and Williams Road on a former driving range site, will be delivered in three phases to create a comprehensive recreational destination. The first phase includes pickleball courts, a bowling facility, and additional amenities, followed by the revival of the driving range in phase two. The final phase will introduce a soccer stadium, multi-use fields, baseball facilities, and supporting structures, with full completion anticipated within three to five years.
