LEGOLAND Waterpark

LEGOLAND opened the first-of-its-kind, new waterpark at their existing Carlsbad location. The scope of work included the construction of a lazy river, tot’s pool, mini river, kid’s pool, and fountain on approximately 5.5 acres. New structures that were built included the pool equipment mechanical building, ticket building, storage building, and restroom building.

The ultimate Carlsbad water park

LEGOLAND Waterpark

The project also included 7,300 square feet of two steel shade structures with canvas sail shades. The concrete scope of work included colored paving, caissons, structural foundations, and two new bridges. Additional work consisted of all sitework, utilities, masonry, and various types of fencing throughout the park.
