Project A1 – Virginia

Suffolk completed phased fit-outs for two build-to-suit core and shell buildings totaling 72 MW. Across 8–10 staggered phases, each data hall features redundant electrical rooms, hot aisle containment, in-room energy recovery ventilators, split AC systems, and primary air handling units to cool server racks. The project also includes secure office space with advanced access controls, as well as extensive exterior work to support more than 20 generators and a steel catwalk structure for access.
