Project C3 – Maryland

Suffolk completed a data center campus project encompassing preconstruction, site development and core and shell construction of four 250,000 square foot data center buildings. This $325 million campus has a total capacity of 200MW. In addition to constructing the data center shells, Suffolk’s team completed the campus mass grading, blasting, micropile installation and campus civil utility infrastructure.
