Delivering a $600M high-capacity data center campus

Project G7 - Oregon

Suffolk was contracted to build a five-building greenfield campus totaling more than 240MW and valued at more than $600M. Suffolk completed the entire site development scope, constructed the core and shell of the building, and finally completed the entire fit out. The first facility Suffolk built on the campus was also a 48 MW data center. The site has bedrock only one foot below the surface, which required extensive blasting scope to install building foundations and campus utilities.
