Qualcomm Q, CT Headquarters W Campus

Construction at Qualcomm’s award-winning W Campus consisted of construction of Building WT, a new 12-story office building, a seven-level design-build parking structure, construction of a new central plant and partial demolition and tenant improvements to the existing W building.

Building WT is a 415,000 square foot structural steel building with a partial basement, and includes office and lab space, a fitness center and a full service cafeteria. Tenant improvements of the existing building included office space, a 12,000 square foot data center and 65,000 square feet of lab space. The 372,000 square foot parking garage can accommodate 1,350 vehicles and is connected to the adjacent office building by pedestrian bridges. The LEED Gold certified campus includes many sustainable features, including a 107kW Photovoltaic System.
