Gateway High School

Suffolk provided preconstruction and construction management services for Gateway High School, a three-story prototype campus designed to support approximately 2,000 students. The project includes multiple buildings, athletic fields, parking, and site amenities, along with specialized academies focused on Medical Assisting, Veterinary, Cyber Security, Carpentry, and Engineering.

During preconstruction, Suffolk delivered highly accurate and consistent budgeting, achieving just a 0.3% variance from initial concept through 100% design development over a ten-month period. The team also identified $650,000 in value analysis opportunities, with $400,000 accepted by the district, supporting informed decision-making and overall project efficiency.
