As part of the FEMA-funded Rebuild USVI initiative, Suffolk and joint venture partner Americaribe are delivering the St. Croix Educational Facilities Bundle, providing new construction, modernization, and expansion across five campuses: Alfredo Andrews, Claude O. Markoe, Pearl B. Larsen, and Alexander Henderson Elementary Schools, along with the St. Croix Curriculum Center. The program creates resilient, future-ready learning environments that strengthen long-term infrastructure across the island.
