Rebuild USVI – St. Thomas Educational Facilities Bundle 2

As part of Rebuild USVI, the Office of Disaster Recovery’s FEMA-funded initiative to modernize public infrastructure across the U.S. Virgin Islands, Suffolk is delivering the St. Thomas Educational Facilities Bundle 2 through a joint venture with Americaribe. The program includes new construction, modernization, and expansion across six public school campuses and one administrative facility, including Lockhart PK-8 School, Ivanna Eudora Kean High School, Jane E. Tuitt PK-3 School, Emanuel Benjamin Oliver PK-8 School, Yvonne Milliner-Bowsky PK-8 School, Ulla F. Muller Elementary School, and the St. Thomas Administration Center.
